Refund Policy

Jordan Flynn – Ticket Sales Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases made through the official Jordan Flynn website for the event taking place on 24 January 2026.

 

1. Ticket Purchases

1.1. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1.2. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. 1.3. Tickets are sold for personal use only and must not be resold at a higher price.

 

2. Customer Information

2.1. Customers must provide a full and accurate name, address, email, and contact number during checkout. 2.2. Address details are required to post physical tickets. 2.3. The customer is responsible for ensuring all information provided is correct. Errors may delay delivery.

 

3. Ticket Delivery

3.1. Tickets will be sent to the address provided at checkout via standard Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. 3.2. Delivery times may vary, especially during busy periods or postal delays. 3.3. Lost or undelivered tickets must be reported immediately.

 

4. Refunds & Cancellations

4.1. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once a ticket has been purchased. 4.2. Refunds will only be given if the event is cancelled by the promoter. 4.3. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds will not be issued due to personal circumstances, inability to attend, or change of plans.

 

5. Event Information & Changes

5.1. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the fight card, schedule, venue layout or event format. 5.2. Such changes do not qualify for refunds unless the entire event is cancelled.

 

6. Admission & Conduct

6.1. Venue entry is subject to the rules of the event organisers and the venue itself. 6.2. You may be refused entry or removed from the venue for behaviour deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of venue policies. 6.3. If refused entry for any reason other than event cancellation, no refund will be issued.

 

7. Liability

7.1. Jordan Flynn, his team, and the website operators are not liable for:

  • Travel or accommodation costs

  • Personal loss or injury at the venue

  • Postal delays outside of our control 7.2. Your statutory rights are not affected.
